I found the crossing to Dublin from Holyhead and the return trip to be very fast and efficient. I was travelling with my wife by motorbike. From arriving at check-in,loading the bike and strapping it down,to leaving the port on our return,i found the staff and crew friendly and helpful. On both legs of the journey the ships where clean and sailed on time. I will definitely use Irish ferries again.Thanks.

I travelled with my disabled father and was really impressed with the level of help we were offered. The staff in all areas from check-in to boarding made sure our journey was easy and trouble free. They even saved us some seats on Swift as they knew we would be last up to the deck (they boarded us last to ensure we were next to the lift). An excellent trip, thank you.

"will use them again"
Travelled out on Ulysses. Great boat. Really clean. Lots of space. Lots of food to choose from. All staff couldn't be more polite and efficient. Found a lovely spot in a reclining seat. Only thing that spoilt it was a family letting their kids run round screaming at 4 o'clock in the morning but that wasn't the ferries fault. Came back on Epsilon. Clean boat but very small public area and was packed. Coffee counter and small food outlet. Very small shop selling perfume and chocolate. Very basic but still clean and very polite staff. Will travel with them again but will check which boat first to get the Ulysses.

Great ferry crossing. The ports were easy to get to, swift loading and unloading with adequate facilities inside. I would highly recommend upgrading to seats in the lounge.

"The most important thing when travelling the care of my bike. "
Going out they just put a strap straight on the seat of my 3week old bike no padding. Coming back nice guy with padding much happier. Next time I'll bring my own padding or might try Stenna.

"A pleasant way to travel to Dublin"
The time spent on the board of Ulysses feriboat was very nice and did not seem too long because you have a lot of possible entertainment options available. It was a pleasant way to reach Ireland from UK, and I definitely prefer it over a flight. In addition, the Irish Ferries Co. did a great job regarding my trip. I have initially reserved a place on the Swift boat, which was cancelled because of the weather (heavy wind). The company announced me about the possible cancellation and booked for me a place to the earlier Ulysses boat from their own initiative (when the cancellation became certain). I realy appreciate their effort and I consider it a sign of respect for their customers. Thank you.
