Kelmscott Manor
Kelmscott Manor is open from 11am to 5pm between April and September 2009:
• every Wednesday
• for pre-booked tours only on Thursdays and Fridays
• on the first and third Saturday of every month (4 and 18 April, 2 and 16 May, 6 and 20 June, 4 and 18 July, 1 and 15 Aug, 5 and 19 Sept)
In addition, the garden (but not the house) is open from 2pm to 5pm on Thursdays in May and June. See the Kelmscott Manor website for further details.

Kelmscott Manor was the country home of William
Morris - poet, craftsman and socialist - from 1871 until his
death in 1896. The house contains a collection of the possessions
and works of Morris and his associates, including furniture,
textiles, carpets and ceramics.
Kelmscott Manor is owned and managed by the Society of Antiquaries of London and trades as Lucerna Ltd, a company limited by guarantee.
