"Wheelchair accessible cabins"
This was generally a good experience, the ship staff were very helpful when addressing special needs. However, the process of booking through Direct Ferries did not allow us to reserve a wheelchair accessible cabin and this caused significant problems. P&O advised that in future we should book directly with them to ensure our needs were met.

"Excellent service on Pride of Rotterdam"
This is the third time I have taken this crossing in the last year. Each time the ship has been immaculate, the food excellent and the staff are exceptional. It is not cheap, but you certainly know you are travelling on a quality service.

"Relaxing start to holiday"
Arrived at check in with ease, went through and on board in our car, parked and to our cabin with no fuss. The ease of sitting back with a drink and chatting in very pleasant surroundings before setting sail was the perfect start of our holiday in Germany. Would recommend taking the ferry from Hull, saves several hours of driving to (Channel tunnel)from Lincolnshire

"Rotterdam to Hull"
Didn't use their catering so can't comment. We took the boat as the easiest way to get back from picking up son's luggage from Germany. Very relaxing way to end the trip. Bought a picnic, sat out on deck and enjoyed the boat pulling out of Rotterdam. Lots of space, beer surprisingly reasonably priced and well kept. Cabin small but spotless, and quiet, apart from the throbbing of the engines which is soothing after a bit. Bed surprisingly comfy, slept like a log. Woke refreshed as pulling into Hull. Lots of stuff to do, including cinema etc, but we didn't use it this trip. Overall, much more relaxing than hanging around airports and queuing to get through security barriers. Would do this again.

What a superb trip, quality from start to finish, topped with superb polite service. All staff were extremely helpful, nothing seemed to be a problem. Evening entertainment was also excellent, a really enjoyable night with a great mixture of music. Breakfast was good, but we missed the tasty Danish pastries, which did not appear to be available. a good score would be 9.5/10 (no Danish pastries)

Good organised Boarding, clean rooms, excellent all you can eat restaurant, food and choice is very good. Book this in advance may be cheaper as it was in excess of £60 for two adults and two children Careful when booking via comparison sites as even though we picked travelling with car, when transferred to their site with the Price it had changed to foot passengers only. This was not spotted until after we paid and had to pay extra to add the car afterwards. We have never travelled from hull to Rotterdam but found it to be a pleasant crossing with lots to keep the children entertained. We would use this crossing again

I hadn't known what to expect of this overnight ferry trip. I assumed it would be quite basic facilities etc as it is a ferry not a cruise. How wrong I was! Cabin with ensuite shower & toilet was v comfortable. Shower pressure was amazing. All communal areas were very clean and comfortable, restaurants shops & evening entertainment was excellent. Quality of food excellent. Breakfast great. Boarding & disembarking very organised & efficient.

"Pride of Rotterdam"
I travelled to Holland weekend of the 10th April , with Mum & daughter & a car . Mum is quite lame & thought the time on the ship would be a struggle. Quite the opposite. I asked if we could park near the lifts - done. I asked if we could have a room near the lifts - done. I didn't have to ask in the restaurant - the restaurant staff noticed Mum's slowness straight away sat us near to the buffet & restaurant entrance at each meal without me asking. Your consideration & helpfulness was most appreciated & I would not hesitate to consider taking Mum away again using this ship. Thank you.

"Excellent trip, book via Direct Ferries for a cheaper price"
Directferries was cheaper than booking directly with P&O so we will definitely be doing this again. The Pride of Rotterdam is a lovely clean ferry, the cabins (basic, inside) were large enough for 2 adults and 2 children, with a shower and toilet in the room aswell, fantastic. Restaurants, childrens play area and 2 cinema's - plenty to see and do.

Cabin: clean, roomy, no-nonsense good quality. Great breakfast! Everything was as expected. (It would be nice if the tables in the bar were kept less sticky.)
