I was a little concerned going on a ferry given that I have recently found myself in need of a wheelchair full time and i have to say that i couldn't have been better looked after. Thanks to your team.

"Stena Plus Lounge"
As we were travelling to Ireland for our son's wedding I thought we'd book the Stena Plus Lounge for a bit of extra comfort! It was lovely, much quieter, more space, complimentary drinks and snacks, and generally much more comfortable. We were able to doze in peace! Well worth the extra. Will always travel this way in future - whatever we're going for!

"Lovely Smooth Crossing"
Everything was good on the crossing with a very calm sea, the ship was on time & all the facilities on board were first class. The one downside was the length of time it takes to get out of the port at Holyhead.

"Holyhead to Dublin"
Superb ship with plenty of space to wander and enjoy your crossing. Seating was plentiful. Entertainment for the kids was brilliant from watching a movie to attending craft room for balloon dogs and toy swords to tattoo's. Also the ship had play areas for children to fully enjoy the experience which curious george made an appearance. Driving on and off the ship was quick and easy.

"Holyhead to Dublin"
Booking was a dream. Did it in 2 mins flat. We found boarding and exiiting both ways very easy an efficient. Both the journeys were comfortable and well managed. Would use this method again.

"Cabin and priority boarding are a must"
For the extra money its a must to get a cabin and priority boarding, makes the whole experience really good. With a long drive from Holyhead to London after the boat landed, it was important to get some proper rest for 3/4 hours in the cabin.

"Fine trip but "
I found everything to my needs except for the fact everything was priced in pounds and if euros were given for a purchase the change was returned in pounds

"Customer Service 5☆"
The dock staff at Holyhead were brilliant as we had 2 carbon fibre boats on the roof (each overhang front & back of car by 1m), each worth morexthan the car. The staff picked us out & suggested we might be safer in the 'upstairs' parking to avoid damage & even told a campervan driver off for trying to cut us up ☺ Dock staff at Dublin...hmm well...cant have it all. Also staff in the retail area of Stena X were extremely pleasant.
