"Belfast _ Birkenhead"
Our recent return trip from Belfast was efficient and hassle-free. The staff at the docks and on board the boat were friendly and helpful and the crossing was smooth and the timings accurate. We paid extra for a place in the Stena Plus lounge with unlimited beverages, snacks and newspapers. As usual, the trip was a pleasurable experience.

Trip was lovely... I travelled with my bf and son. We had a meal - wasn't the nicest but very filling...you were able to buy tea all through the night, I even got one free and my wee one loved the play area which was a 'turn of the head' away. Coming on and off the boat on the car had good guide and was quick. The cabins we taken up really quick but there were seating areas everywhere - the cinema area was dark, everywhere else was lit up with tvs everywhere. Lovely time

Having not done this route for 3 years, we were so pleasently surprised by the changes. We did overnight sailing on outward journey & daylight crossing on return. Both trips were faultless. Sailed on time both ways, food lovely, cabins lovely & so clean throughout. Staff were also polite & helpful at all times..Will definately use this route & ship again.

"Smooth as silk"
Our ship arrived on time. Boarding was straightforward and we got to our 'accessibility' cabin. This was the only downside in our experience. It was a cabin with bunks! The accessible feature was the shower door, which had no lip to step over. We were able to swap for a family cabin with 2 beds on the floor. This was actually far more 'accessible'. The night crossing was exceptionally smooth and we arrived on time for our onward journey. The return journey was similar; we had to swap cabins again! Stena - please provide 2 beds on the floor of an accessible cabin.

"Relaxing way to travel"
This service was a very relaxing way to travel to northern England and with much less driving as opposed to the Scottish route from Belfast. The ships were clean and tne berths we booked for both journeys were comfortable. The staff were all polite and helpful and the food edible but a bit on the expensive side.

"Day and night ferry Liverpool to Belfast "
The ferry was modern with lots of facilities to make the journey comfortable and enjoyable. Cinema with 3 films, kids entertainer, closed off quiet area for news on TV. The cost of outdoor cabin £30 is vfm especially as you get comfy beds and pillows and en suite facilities. The music channel on the TV was great. Only downside is the cost of food on board however the small shop is well stocked and had some bargains. Finally the boarding for camper-van was really easy and swift. They even read your number plate so you don't even need a ticket. Have used the service on two return trips and intend to use it again. Lastly who wouldn't want to sail into Belfast and Liverpool harbours..... Historical sites to enjoy. Forgot to say the ship left earlier which was great but no good if you haven't left good time.

"enjoyed our journey"
We are never disappointed with our Stena Line journeys. Although we don't get a berth, we do get a sleep in the lounge area.

The trip was good. The cabin was fine and had all the facilities we expected. Our friends had a different cabin and they were more than satisfied. The trip passed very quickly.

It was a good experience but my one reservation relates to the stena lounge. I assumed that it would contain seats which would provide comfort for the whole journey. this was not the case and if it were not for the fact that there were only 70 passengers on the whole ship, I would have been very disappointed by this. The availability of cabins for no additional cost was a bonus however. A later journey was greatly improved by the fact that the stane louge on that occasion did have comfortable reclining seats.

"1st timer "
This was my first time on an overnight ferry and I loved it. We had an inside cabin which was really comfortable, having a shower was a huge bonus I really didn't expect it. The crossing was smooth and I slept like a baby. All the staff were friendly and professional. The boat was extremely clean and tidy. I was really happy and I'll be recommending to my friends.

This was my fourth crossing of the Irish Sea between Belfast and Liverpool. All staff on board and at both ports were friendly, courteous and helpful. The crossing was very smooth and the ferry was very comfortable and spacious. I enjoyed breakfast and lunch on board and arrived at Liverpool feeling refreshed, ready for my drive home.
